HP Tuners first announced their debut standalone engine management system at The SEMA Show in 2023. As the company nears the end of their 20^th anniversary year in 2024, their team is thrilled to officially launch their debut standalone engine management solution.

CORE ECU currently supports GM LS engines with both 24x and 58x crank trigger patterns, catering to a wide range of applications including drive-by-cable or drive-by-wire setups. However, HP Tuners will be expanding engine support based on market demand.

To help users get started quickly, HP Tuners’ in-house team developed twelve (12) base maps that are available in VCM Live software which is free to download on their website. These pre-configured maps offer users a starting point upon installing CORE into their vehicle.

This is possible due to HP Tuners’ new Ford MG1 PCM Service that is required to upgrade the PCM for tuning using VCM Editor.
